About Us
Since 2019, Hidden Mountain Farm has been raising grass fed lambs in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. Based in New Marlborough, we strive to use sheep and lambs to improve pastures throughout southern Berkshire County using intensive grazing management. We are proud to provide our community with a sustainable and delicious product.
We have recently put a greater focus on our flock of registered Border Leicesters, a breed well suited for the northeast climate that thrives on pasture. Our genetics come primarily from Vermont’s Champlain Valley. Recently, we have acquired a new ram from Marsh Creek Crossing in northwestern Minnesota, shown to produce some impressive lambs. We have limited ewe lambs and ram lambs available each spring.
